Effective July 26, 2026. These terms govern your use of GoGoLink's short links, branded domains, Page Builder, and analytics. By creating an account, you agree to them. GoGoLink is operated from the European Union, and these terms are designed with EU consumer and e-commerce law in mind — nothing in them limits any rights you have under mandatory law in your country of residence.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use GoGoLink. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You agree not to use GoGoLink to create or distribute links, Page Builder pages, or QR codes that:
We may suspend or remove any link, domain, or Page Builder page that violates these terms without notice.
If you connect a custom domain, you're responsible for maintaining ownership of it and keeping its DNS records pointed correctly. Content published on your Page Builder pages is your responsibility, and must comply with these terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices shown to consumers include VAT where applicable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as set out in section 5. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we prorate plan changes where applicable.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because GoGoLink is a digital service, we give you access immediately when you subscribe. By starting a paid subscription, you expressly request that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, in accordance with applicable EU distance-selling rules. This does not affect your right to cancel the subscription for future billing periods at any time.
GoGoLink and its branding are our property. You retain ownership of the content you create — your links, Page Builder pages, and uploaded assets — and grant us a license to host and display it solely to provide the service to you.
GoGoLink redirects visitors to destinations you choose. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content or availability of those destinations.
You may cancel your account at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you beforehand except in cases of serious or repeated violations. Statutory rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected.
We provide GoGoLink with reasonable skill and care, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost clicks, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your statutory warranty rights for digital services remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a business, the courts of Germany have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app before they take effect. If you don't agree with a change, you may cancel your account before it takes effect; continued use of GoGoLink after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
